Log
The changelog for the lab — what changed, in reverse chronological order.
The log is the honest record of the lab. When a system changes, an experiment graduates or retires, a cron job moves, or a trail concludes, it goes here. The entries are short and dated; the fuller reasoning lives in the systems, experiments, and notes.
The structured changelog is also available as data/changelog.yaml, which
the site reads to render the timeline.
